I am a fully qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, with qualifications also in transpersonal and emotional release counselling, Four Winds Energy medicine and wellness coaching. I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with people from all walks of life and I am a second generation Nutritionist. It has been through years of witnessing health and wellness within myself and others and studying and researching ways to radically affect one’s wellbeing through mind and body medicine, energy medicine, impeccable dietary and lifestyle habits, that I can speak first hand of successful ways to nourish and nurture your health regardless of your starting point.
